Jaclyn provides grant funding support related to brownfield, water quality and flood resilience projects. Prior to joining WestCOG, Jaclyn worked as an environmental scientist for Barton & Loguidice. She graduated with a B.S. in Biology with a specialization in Environmental Science from Central Connecticut State University
