Public Safety Studies

WestCOG worked with CEOs, Public Safety Officials, and Winbourne Consulting Services to explore options for improved Public Safety Services. The initial study looked at current situation for Ridgefield, Redding, New Canaan, Wilton, and Weston. An additional study was produced offering recommendations for improved public safety services. This led to some exploration of a CAD/RMS system and a Regional Firearm Training Facility Implementation Plan. Links to these projects are provided below.
