Eddie supports the improvement of parcel and CAMA data for municipalities within WestCOG’s planning region. Prior to joining WestCOG he employed GIS to investigate the environmental and social determinants of dengue transmission in Puerto Rico. He holds a B.A. and M.S. from the University of Connecticut.
