Regional Housing Growth Plan

WestCOG is developing a Regional Housing Growth Plan to help municipalities address housing needs through coordinated regional planning, data-driven analysis, and locally informed strategies. The plan will identify opportunities for housing growth, evaluate infrastructure capacity, and establish practical strategies to support a diverse range of housing choices across Western Connecticut.
