Michael Towle

Michael works on Regional Services, Environmental Planning, and Public Safety along with staff coordination for WestCOG’s planning/service programs. Prior to his work at WestCOG, Michael worked at Central Connecticut Regional Planning Agency, and Southwest Regional Planning Agency, and received a B.S. in Environmental Science from UMass Lowell and a M.S. in GIS from Clark University. Michael also serves as the COG voting representative for DEMHS Regions 1 and 5; and ESF-1 Chair for the same DEMHS Regions.
