Amal provides transportation planning support on various projects. She earned her B.A. in Environment & Society from McMaster University in Canada and her M.S. in Urban & Community Planning from the Pratt Institute. Her academic and professional experience centers on active and sustainable transportation initiatives, with her master’s thesis examining the implementation of safe routes to school programs in Westchester, New York.
