Earlier this year, WestCOG contracted FHI to perform a technical evaluation of the Stamford East Bus service (Routes 341, 344, and 345). The goal of the Stamford East Bus Service Technical Evaluation was to provide additional, more localized and quickly actionable recommendations which could be readily implemented.
Over the course of this evaluation, FHI compiled substantial data and collected background information in order to address local needs and priorities. Their findings and recommendations can be found in the final report and appendix, both of which can be found on our publications page.
