WestCOG has released a survey to get the public’s input on train horn noise attributable to the operation of the Metro-North Railroad’s New Canaan Branch. The survey has been extended from August 31st through September 15th, 2023.
WestCOG’s consultant (SRF Consulting Group) will compile the information collected in the surveys as part of it’s Noise Abatement Feasibility Study, which is progressing through the summer.
